Service Agreements

Defined Project Scope
All services including Web Design, SEO, and AI integrations are strictly bound by the approved proposal. Any requests outside the initial scope will be treated as "Scope Creep" and billed separately.
Financial Terms & Late Fees
For one-time development projects, a 50% non-refundable advance is required. For Marketing & SEO retainers, invoices must be cleared within 7 days of the billing cycle.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final and full payment, all custom source code, logos, and graphics created exclusively for your project transfer entirely to you. Digital Thor retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Client Responsibilities
A project's success is a two-way street. Clients must provide necessary logins, brand guidelines, and timely feedback. Delays from the client side will automatically extend project delivery timelines.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate monthly retainers (SEO, Social Media Marketing) with a 30-day written notice. For development projects, cancellation after work begins forfeits the initial deposit.

Comprehensive Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website www.digitalthor.com and engaging in our services—including but not limited to Website & App Development, SEO, AI Agents Work, Influencer Marketing, and Logo Design—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Service-Specific Conditions
Digital Thor offers a diverse portfolio of digital solutions. Each service carries specific obligations:
- SEO & Marketing: We employ best practices, but do not guarantee specific search engine placements or instant sales spikes, as algorithms are beyond our control.
- App Development: Clients are expected to test beta releases. Bugs reported post the 15-day free maintenance window are billed as separate tasks.
- AI Agents Work: We implement AI logic using premium third-party APIs. We hold no liability for downtimes or policy changes executed by underlying AI providers.
- Influencer Marketing: If an influencer defaults on content delivery, our agency will provide a suitable replacement, but agency commission fees remain non-refundable.
3. Disclaimers and Warranties
Digital Thor provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation of websites, apps, or AI bots we deploy. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from server outages, third-party plugin failures, or external cyber threats.
4. Governing Law
Digital Thor operates with established business credentials. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the relevant regional courts for resolving any legal disputes arising from our services.
Operational FAQ Terms
We provide up to 3 rounds of major revisions for design work (UI/UX, Logos, Social Media Posts) based on the initial brief. Complete concept overhauls or revisions requested beyond this limit will be billed at an hourly rate.
No. The costs for Domain names, Web Hosting, Premium Plugins, App Store Developer Accounts, or Paid API tokens (for AI Agents) are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated in the final proposal. Clients must purchase these separately.
You do. Once the final invoice is cleared, all intellectual property rights for the custom developed website, app codebase, and graphic assets are fully transferred to the client. Digital Thor only retains the right to feature the project in our portfolio.
