Sunk Cost Sinks & Resource Locking
A metric visualization of how client finances are structured during live cycles.
1. Structural Refund Prerequisites
Digital Thor builds data-driven web infrastructures under legal frameworks. All cancellation claims are subjected to strict compliance audits. No refund parameters shall be entertained if the project lifecycle experiences artificial stalls due to client feedback delays exceeding 14 calendar days.
2. Gateway Fees Deduction Rule
In all instances where a partial or full refund is legally authorized by our compliance desk, the dynamic payment gateway processing charges (typically ranging between 2% to 5% depending on international or domestic UPI/Credit channels) are deducted from the final settlement asset array.
3. Chargeback Mitigation and Jurisdiction
Clients agree to seek remediation exclusively via our internal support channels before raising formal financial chargeback claims with banking nodes. Malicious or premature chargeback actions filed during active code development cycles will lead to immediate contract termination, permanent asset forfeiture, and legal arbitration under courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Frequently Asked Operational Terms
If a web or app development project is suspended mid-way by the client, Digital Thor performs a milestone audit. If the engineering hours spent exceed the initial 50% deposit, the client will be invoiced for the remaining balance. If it is less, no further billing occurs, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Yes. You can request a "Retainer Freeze" for up to 60 days by giving a 15-day prior written notice. This safely stops active backlinking work and holds your campaign metrics layout without triggering cancellation penalties.
